These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Journey770 website and the purchase of travel eSIM packages offered through it (the “Service”). By placing an order through Journey770, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Journey770 is operated by: נתנאל מליחי, עוסק מורשה (Israeli authorized dealer), registration/VAT number 021667662. Address: מבוא חרוב 10, צור הדסה, ישראל. Contact: support@journey770.com.
Journey770 sells prepaid travel eSIM data packages (“Plans”) for use in specific destinations. Plans are fulfilled electronically by third-party eSIM network providers. Journey770 is the seller and your point of contact for the purchase; the underlying mobile network service is provided by the applicable network provider(s) for the destination you select.
You are responsible for: providing accurate order information (including a valid email address, since your eSIM and order confirmation are delivered there); ensuring your device is compatible with eSIM technology and unlocked for eSIM use; following the installation instructions provided; and complying with the applicable network provider’s fair usage and acceptable use terms.
Plans differ by destination and coverage, data allowance, validity period, network(s) used, activation policy (for example, starting on first use or on installation), and whether the Plan supports top-up or additional data packages. Not all Plans have the same characteristics. The specific details, limitations, and features of each Plan are displayed with that Plan at the time of purchase, and those details form part of your order.
You are responsible for confirming that your device supports eSIM technology and is carrier-unlocked before purchasing. Journey770 is not responsible for a Plan that cannot be installed or activated due to device incompatibility, carrier locks, or device settings outside Journey770’s control.
Orders are paid for through a secure, externally hosted payment page. Journey770 does not receive, process, or store your raw payment card details.
Billing information may be used to process your payment, issue applicable invoices or receipts, and maintain accounting and transaction records. Payment and related billing documents may be processed or issued through external payment and billing service providers.
Prices are displayed in the currency and amount shown at checkout. Applicable taxes, including VAT where charged, are reflected in the amount shown at checkout.
Plans are delivered electronically. Following successful payment, Journey770 initiates provisioning of your eSIM with the applicable network provider and sends you an email containing your installation details (including a QR code and/or activation code) and a link to your order page. Provisioning normally completes within a short time, but provider, network, or technical issues can delay or, in limited cases, prevent delivery. Section 16 (Provider Failure / Non-Delivery) describes how these situations are handled.
Installation instructions are provided with your order. Depending on the Plan, activation may begin automatically on first use of data in the destination network, or upon installation of the eSIM profile — the applicable activation policy is shown with the Plan details. Once a Plan is installed and/or activated in accordance with its stated activation policy, its validity period runs according to that policy regardless of how much data you actually use.
Plans operate on the network(s) specified with the Plan details. Network availability, coverage, and speed depend on the local network provider(s) in the destination and factors outside Journey770’s control (including provider infrastructure, local conditions, and your device). Journey770 does not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity, a specific speed, or coverage in every location within a destination.
Some Plans may be subject to a fair usage policy or other provider-imposed usage restrictions (for example, possible reduction in speed after a usage threshold). Where Journey770 has received applicable fair-usage information from the network provider, that information may be displayed with the Plan details. Customers should review the available Plan details before purchase.
Some, but not all, Plans support top-up or the purchase of additional data packages. Whether a given Plan supports top-up, and on what terms, depends on the specific Plan and network provider. Where this information is available, it is indicated with the Plan details. Journey770 does not guarantee that every Plan can be topped up.
You may submit a cancellation request for an order through Journey770’s cancellation request form. Submitting a cancellation request does not, by itself, cancel your order, stop fulfillment, or guarantee any refund. Every cancellation request is reviewed individually, and Journey770 will contact you by email with the outcome. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
Refunds, where granted, are not automatic and are processed following review of your order and, where applicable, your cancellation request. A refund is not provided merely because a Plan was not activated, not used, or no longer wanted after successful electronic delivery. Where Journey770’s network provider fails to deliver a working Plan due to a provider, network, or technical fault attributable to fulfillment (as opposed to your change of mind, non-use, or a device/compatibility issue on your side), Journey770 will address this separately as described in Section 16 and in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in this section limits any right you may have under applicable law that cannot lawfully be waived or limited (see Section 22).
If Journey770 or its network provider fails to deliver a working eSIM for reasons attributable to fulfillment (for example, a failed provisioning attempt that is not resolved), Journey770 will work to resolve the issue and, where resolution is not possible, will address the matter under the Refund & Cancellation Policy. This is treated as a distinct situation from a customer’s change of mind, non-use, or a device/compatibility issue that is not attributable to Journey770 or its provider.
Journey770 may suspend, decline to fulfil, or decline to refund an order where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse of the Service, misuse of a Plan in violation of the applicable network provider’s acceptable use policy, or an attempt to circumvent these Terms.
All content on the Journey770 website, including text, graphics, logos, and the Journey770 brand, is owned by or licensed to Journey770 and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent, except as necessary to use the Service as intended.
Journey770 may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including specific Plans or destinations, at any time. This will not affect orders already placed and paid for prior to such a change, except as otherwise required by law.
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. Except as expressly stated in these Terms or as required by applicable law, Journey770 does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any Plan will provide a specific level of speed or coverage. Network performance depends substantially on third-party network providers outside Journey770’s control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Journey770’s total liability arising from your order or use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Journey770 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (including loss of data, travel disruption, or lost opportunity) arising from Plan performance, network provider issues, or events outside Journey770’s reasonable control. Nothing in this section excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes, or overrides any right you have under applicable law that cannot lawfully be waived or limited by agreement. Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with such a mandatory right, the mandatory right prevails.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights or rules that apply to you under applicable law. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms will be handled by a court or other competent authority having jurisdiction under applicable law.
Journey770 may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in a new version and effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a new version takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Where a Terms acceptance record exists for your order, it reflects the version in effect at the time of that order.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@journey770.com.
